American Arches Limited Lifetime Warranty
American Arches warrants to the original consumer/purchaser against original defects or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product provided that (1) the product was properly installed in a residential dwelling, and (2) the product was made or assembled exclusively from American Arches materials or components. American Arches insert materials (all materials and products mounted inside the frame work)are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase provided the same terms as stated above.
The obligations of American Arches are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or products found to be defective to the original/purchaser. American Arches is not responsible for the transportation cost or labor cost for taking the product down or reinstalling it. Normal wear and tear, i.e., color fading and caulking failure from sunlight, are not covered by the warranty.
This warranty does not apply if this product has been damaged to accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, misapplication, improper or insufficient maintenance, service handling, exposure to the elements, storage or installation, fires, flood, lighting, or other acts of God.
American Arches shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, the payment of any cost or expenses relating to painting, staining, or any other activity necessary in finishing their reinstallation or damage or loss to other property.
Products and designs may change from time to time due to the availability of specific materials. If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.
Their are no other warranties except as set forth herein. No independent Authorized Distributor, salesperson, dealer, retailer, or other representative of American Arches has the authority to alter or change this Warranty, either orally or in writing.
American Arches Freight Policy
Shipping Damage: When you receive packages from American Arches via couriers, you should open and inspect packages immediately. A scuff mark or slight dent could be the only indicator that there is concealed damage.
•When a package is delivered from a courier. It is your responsibility to carefully inspect each package as soon as possible. •As soon as you note the damage, call American Arches immediately. We will file a claim for you.
If you do not contact American Arches within 5 business days, you technically give up the right to make a claim with the courier and remakes may then be charged to you or delayed.
•You must hold on to the box and all packaging material inside the box for driver inspection. This should be done usually within 7 days of claim filing.
Please have the following information available when you call American Arches regarding shipping damage……
•Your account name •Your P.O.# •American Arches P.O.# •Sidemark •The line number(s) or damaged arches. •A description of the damage. (Photographs of the box and damaged goods has helped us in the past to get concealed damage claims approved.) Whether damage was concealed or visible.
